Sarah was incredible!! Our dog got into some mischief and Sarah was amazing cleaning up the mess and making sure we were kept informed. Our pets clearly love her too. THANK YOU SARAH!!

I was very disappointed in this experience, unfortunately. My first concern came when I met Sarah and she complained profusely about a previous client and showed me photos of her dirty house, which I felt was very unprofessional. I almost canceled the booking at that point, but she had 5 star reviews and I did not have time to find another sitter. Overall, Sarah seems like a very nice person, but she was clearly in over her head with my cats. I have one very skittish cat who hides, but other sitters have told me after the first day she will come out from hiding with gentle coaxing. The other two have NEVER had an issue with other sitters, but for some reason Remi hid under the couch when Sarah was there. She called me multiple times about the cats hiding, once waking me up early in the morning and once taking me away from a wedding rehearsal. She was very frazzled and was not able to troubleshoot on her own. After that I just received messages that said "more of the same". I never received any indication that Althea was ok and was very worried about her. Although I specifically said it was important not to let Althea have access to the other cats' food because of stomach issues, their food was left on the floor where she could eat it rather than on tables where she couldn't. The water bowls were very dirty and almost empty, so old water was not dumped out and fresh water added. Mail was not brought inside as requested. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 was because she did come reliably as scheduled every day. She may just be better with dogs.
