Sarah is amazing and I would highly recommend. She looked after our Smudge and the service and care was second to none. Will definitely be using her again because Smudge said so.

Outstanding care – couldn’t recommend more highly! This was the first time I’ve ever been away without worrying about my pets, and that says everything about how wonderful Sarah is. I have a very anxious and nervous cat, so I was naturally quite worried about leaving him. Sarah was incredibly patient, took the time to follow all of my instructions carefully, and made sure he felt safe and comfortable. By day 3, he was noticeably more settled, which is something I honestly didn’t expect – it shows how calm and reassuring she was with him. She also did a fantastic job looking after my two guinea pigs, making sure they were equally well cared for. I really appreciated the regular photo updates and detailed reports after every visit – they made such a difference and really helped ease my anxiety while I was away. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Sarah again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional pet sitter.

Sarah was absolutely incredible, honestly all that I could have asked for and more. She looked after my two cats for the weekend while I was away at a family ashes spreading service. Not only was she happy to care for the cats, but she also took on the task of misting my pet mantises and stick insects. She sent photos of the cats, and she fed and played with them, cuddled with them, and changed their litter. Even my elderly cat who is nervous and generally hides from everyone, came running over to see Sarah when she first visited, and began rubbing up against her legs; clearly the lady has a way with animals! She was also kind enough to bring parcels in for me when they were left on the doorstep, even one which was really heavy. All of this would be enough for me to confidently recommended her to others, but the biggest reason I think anyone would be lucky to have her looking after their pets, is that she has just such a comforting presence, and she went above and beyond to put me at ease about leaving my home and my animal family members. I was really worried about being away from them, and this was the first time I’ve ever used a service like this. I suspect I’m not the only pet parent who is nervous about leaving their pets, and having someone who is so reassuring and capable really makes it less scary. She followed all of my instructions to the letter and was also very kind about the fact that I’d left a short novel of printed instructions. Overall, she was just a really kind and capable pet sitter, and I will absolutely rush to use her again if I once again have to go away. She’d even tied a pretty yellow ribbon on my keys when she put them back through the door after her last check in. Truly, I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is clearly just a wonderful person, and is exactly who you want looking after your pets!

I have know Sarah for over 35 yrs and all this time she has always had her own dogs, all of them have been very happy and well behaved. Training them to be confident, secure and friendly dogs, very good in any environment. Recently my husband and I adopted a rescue dog (Grace)who is almost 8yrs old, had come from a puppy farm environment. She is a nervous dog, getting used to her new home. Being around new people and building relationships is not easy for her, especially in our home. When Grace first met Sarah she barked a lot and moved away. Sarah gave her space and was very patient, giving Grace time to get to use to her. Over the next few visit Sarah used her knowledge and experience with dogs, she built her relationship with Grace. Now Grace trust Sarah loves being around her, happy to take treats and curl up on the sofa together. Sarah is a caring, compassionate, professional and reliable person. I highly recommend Sarah and would trust her with any of the dogs I’ve had over the years, from our current rescue Pharaoh Houmd to the German shepherd siblings to my 1st dog, a Doberman.

Sarah would make a great pet caregiver. She has a wealth of experience owning and caring for dogs, cats, horses, chickens... the list could go on! She can usually be found on the beach, dog by her side, or exploring the local walks the Vale has to offer. When shes home, dogs are always welcome to snuggle on the sofa with her, and get endless fuss and ear scratches throughout the day. Sarahs wealth of experience and knowledge, coupled with her naturally caring nature make her the perfect pet caregiver, and your dog would be in the best hands!
