Availability
Schedule: I am at home most of the time, as I am a Stay-at-Home Mother. Your pet will receive plenty of attention and care in this home. Number of Dogs in the home: My official limit for dogs in my home is 2, and may make some exceptions if it's a brief overlap and/or I am confident all dogs will be a good fit with one another. Peace, comfort, and safety are priorities for our doggy guests here! If you prefer your dog has his/her own space, I can accommodate that. With the layout of my home, I have a few options to give your pet a personal very spacious zone where he/she can still see an interact with the household and enjoy all the usual comforts. If you prefer your dog to be alone, I would be happy to show you that set up!

Safety, trust & environment
Safety, Trust & Environment: - Pets are treated as part of the family and are allowed free roam of the house (if acceptable to the owner). - Pets are allowed on furniture and beds. (That said, I request your pet is up to date on flea/tick medicine.) - My home includes and welcomes children. (That said, I request your pet gets on well with children.) Acclimation Process for First Time Stays: I like to have your dog visit my home with you present before the first stay. This really helps the dog get familiar and comfortable with my home, and it really helps to reduce separation anxiety during the stay.

Information Sarah C. would like to know about your pet
Important information to know ahead of time: - Is your dog up to date on flea/tick medication? - Is your dog good/safe with children? - Are there any dietary restrictions I should know about? Can your dog have treats from my personal stash? - What breed is your dog? Because I do not have experience with breeds such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, etc.; and I wish to exercise caution due to any children in my home, as well as other dogs; I unfortunately will not be able to take in those particular breeds at this time.
A typical day
A Typical Day: Animals and household members will enjoy many things together. We will play tug of war and fetch with toys. We will enjoy quiet lounge time together and listen to audio dramas or music. We will have access to my fenced back yard in which to run and release energy. Perhaps your pet might even enjoy a relaxing bath. The possibilities are endless!

Pet care experience
Pet Care Experience: I am an experienced animal lover and treat the pets I watch as my honored guests. I have had experience with dogs, fish, rodents, and birds. I grew up with a Labrador Retriever, and I am thoroughly enjoying getting to know all sorts of different dog breeds. I currently have 2 caged Finches (which is why I cannot accept cats).
Reviews

Once again a great job. Did very well with communication and photos.

This was my first experience with Rover and Sarah was wonderful. I could tell my dogs really liked her and she kept me well informed which helped reduce my anxiety of them being some where new. They came home very relaxed. I will be booking again with her. Thanks Sarah!

Charlie had another wonderful vacation at Sarah’s house. I can travel with the assurance that he is safe and happy. Likewise, my social cat receives daily visits. Thank you, Sarah!

A real dog whisperer. She got my spoiled dog to quickly settle down and not only tolerate another dog, but play nice with them! Can't thank her enough!
