I worked for 7 years as a teacher. I started doing Rover in 2022 when I started taking classes for a career change. I was in grad school from 2024-2026 and recently started a career in speech language pathology. I still adore animals and can help with your pets in the evenings, some weekdays, and most weekends.

I love providing the love and attention that your dog needs. We can visit a park near my house, the quiet winding streets of your neighborhood or mine, hike the foothills, or go for a run if that is your dog's jam.

Pet care experience
Since college, I have taken care of the dogs, cats and farm animals of friends and neighbors. I also grew up with cats, dogs, parrots and a mix of different small furry creatures. Now, with my experience as a teacher, I am very observant of the needs of animals (not all that different from kids!) and am an incredibly caring person. My boyfriend and I have an 80 pound loving energetic dog, and taking care of him provides me immense joy. I am excited to extend the same love and care towards your pet.

Sara was great and took extra good care of our dog, Moseley on a last minute weekend check in request. She played with him and went above and beyond what we had hoped for - making sure our dog had water and that he didn’t bring too much dirt/grass inside the house too!
This is the second time we’ve used Sara, and she’s been great both times! Very communicative and happy to accommodate whatever our pets needed.
Sara was awesome! She was very flexible for us last minute and highly communicative throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend using Sara!
