About me: I recently graduated from a master's program in school counseling! I was raised in San Mateo and am very familiar with the area. I live with my husband and have no pets, but I frequently visit the family dogs I grew up with (and I spoil them like my own!). In my free time, I enjoy gardening, biking, watching reality TV, and quality time with loved ones! I’ve grown up with dogs in my family and have always been a natural dog lover; some might say I might spoil too much! I started dog-sitting one of my coworkers' dogs and realized how fun and relaxing it was for me! Since then, I've gained experience pet-sitting for extended periods, paying attention to dogs' routines and understanding the importance of a companion and a trusted presence while their favorite humans are away. I understand dogs are an extension of our families, and I will treat them as such :) I've been on Rover for a little under a year and have gotten experience in the following: Senior Dog Care (Up to 16 Years Old): Deeply familiar with the patience, gentle handling, and attentiveness required for senior pets. Medication Administration: Experienced and comfortable administering prescribed medications accurately and on time. Puppy Care & Training: Well-versed in the high-energy needs of puppies, including strict adherence to your established crate training routines, constant supervision, and maintaining behavioral structure.
