Samirah and her husband were absolutely amazing! We were in a very tight spot when the sitter we scheduled a week prior cancelled on us with less than 24 hours notice and we were left without boarding arrangements for our holiday travel plans and in fear of having to cancel our first trip to see family since the pandemic. In a panic, we started back at square one and started our search from scratch. Enter Samirah, our savior. She immediately put at us at ease with her friendly approach and timely response to our panicked request. She told us not to worry and that they would be happy to accommodate our last minute needs. We completed a virtual meet-and-greet and booked our boarding with her. She offered to pick our dog Murphy up at no extra charge and drop him off upon our return (this is a 70+ mile trip by the way)! We were amazed at her customer service and her willingness to go above and beyond to meet our needs and make sure we had a relaxing trip. She was exceptional at communicating with us multiple times per day with progress reports and pictures of our special little guy. Murphy really seemed to be enjoying his stay with them. If that wasn’t amazing enough, when our return trip was delayed due to traffic and weather, she accommodated our change in schedule and then waited for us to return in her car rather than just drop him off…this was at almost midnight! WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND SAMIRAH WITHOUT RESERVATION!!! If you book her we have no doubt that you will feel as satisfied and comfortable as we did. 5 Stars and Highly Recommend.

Samirah was awesome! She quickly responded to all of my messages before and during my pup's stay. She was flexible with pick-up & drop off times. I got daily updates and my pup was returned happy and tired after a weekend at her house. I think she very well may have played fetch with my pup just about as often as he wanted- which is really impressive (and was probably pretty annoying to her.) I hope she will be available for my next trip!

Samirah was wonderful to work with and took great care of my dog Toby. She updated me everyday with pictures and was very flexible with the drop off/pick up times. I highly recommend her!

This was the first time Coco & Luna stayed with Samirah and I hope is not the last one. Samirah sent pictures and kept me updated. She is very flexible and easy going; she even took them on a car ride. I will definitely use her again. Thanks Samirah.
