I care deeply for your pets comfort and happiness would love to care for your pups while you are in town. As a competitive endurance athlete, I can match your pups energy needs. Whether it’s a spirited walk through town or a trail adventure in the high country, I make sure every dog gets the exercise, stimulation, and attention they need to stay happy and healthy. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages, including senior dogs and puppies, and I am currently working on earning my K9 Wilderness Emergency First Aid certification. Was able to take a last minute walking gig when we had some long days away.
We could not recommend Sam highly enough. She is friendly, caring, attentive, knowledgeable, responsible and accommodating. When one of our dogs got into a bit of trouble, she took charge, reassured us and got him the care he needed. We are very grateful to Sam and would definitely book her again.
She took great care of my cat Plum, spending quality time with her during her visit which was important to me since she is an only cat.

As a mountain athlete, I love sharing outdoor adventures in the San Juans with the dogs I care for. But I also enjoy caring for pets in a home setting of all shapes, sizes, and ages.

While I can typically work with the dog and owner to make it a safe walking or sitting experience, it’s important for me to be aware of their social skill— especially given many owners walk their dogs off-leash in Telluride.
