Pet care experience
My family had a German Shepherd when I was aged 6-19 who recently passed away. I would always walk, feed, play with, sit with and bathe her when she was around and have been missing spending time with dogs since she passed. I have also dogsat since the age of 15, including dog/baby sitting for a police officer (who I have as a reference) for two years from ages 15-17.

Sam was totally fab with my mad dog! We met prior to a sit which really put my mind at ease, was great at communicating and let me know how Holmes was getting on during the sit! I would definitely recommend Sam to anyone need pet care!

I have a spacious fenced garden connected to my living room with plenty of space for pets to play and enjoy their time. If staying the night I also have a spacious bedroom for a dog bed and toys on the floor. I’m also not opposed to pets sitting on the sofa or sleeping in bed as long as that’s okay with the owner. I have 4 housemates (one male and 3 female) who all own and love animals. If staying with me, the house will be cleaned before to be sure pets can’t get to anything potentially harmful.

If your dog has any special needs I should look out for let me know, I have experience looking after dogs and cats that require injections, aswell as elderly dogs and cats also.
A typical day
With any dogs in my care they will receive my full attention. In a day they will be provided as much play time as they need, will be taken on walks to the park near my house, and given plenty of love. For dogs who are tired or maybe less energetic and like to cuddle, they can chill out on the sofa or on a dog bed in the living room and watch tv and have a cuddle with me.

I’m currently studying at university of Portsmouth and have been unemployed for a couple months, so I have plenty of free time around my studies to look after, play with and walk dogs.
