Ross took such incredible care of our dog, Aki, while we were away. From the very beginning, he was extremely responsive and proactive with updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. He’s very attentive and truly notices the little details to help dogs feel comfortable and safe. Aki was pretty stressed at the start of her stay and unfortunately vomited. Ross handled everything with so much care and patience - he cleaned up after her, let her settle into the bedroom where she felt more secure, and even picked up the medication prescribed by the vet. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure she was closely monitored. Thanks to his attentiveness and kindness, Aki recovered quickly and was able to fully relax and enjoy the rest of her stay. His communication was excellent throughout, and it was clear he genuinely cared about her wellbeing. We are so grateful for Ross and would absolutely trust him with Aki again. Thank you so much for everything!
Ross is very reliable and has great communication skills! He consistently sends proof of life photos throughout the day and never hesitates to ask questions if something comes up. Zoe always has a great time with Ross and his family; I would highly recommend him!

Ross has been really great with our fellas! Was very thorough at our meet and greet, making sure he knew what the dogs normal walk route was and even did a practice run with us to make sure the dogs walked well with him. He’s been with us for about 2 weeks now and everything has been great! Highly recommend!
