I don’t recall a time in my life when I haven’t adored animals. They have always had a mystical energy that I felt not everyone could identify with. I used to leave bowls of food and milk for cats in my backyard. I also loved to hang bird feeders around and watch the birds come congregate. It was sort of my own jungle paradise or secret garden. Eventually both the cats and the birds warmed up to me and hung around in the yard when I went out back to play. I honestly felt that we had connection. Throughout my adolescence I was always involved with helping my friends take care of their animals. I assisted my neighbors for years who were dog breeders with their puppies. I helped them train the puppies, feed them, and bath them sometimes. Throughout my childhood I have had the pleasure of having a beautiful fish task, an adorable red ear slider turtle, and seven hamsters. Since I moved away from home I’ve had the unofficial job of pet sitting for friends, family and neighbors numerous times, so I figured it was time to make it official! I was blessed to become a pet parent nine years ago for two fantastic felines Prince and Sheba. They are endlessly entertaining and definitely keep me on my toes. They are the best roommates I could have ever asked for and I’m tremendously grateful. I love cats and dogs and almost every animal in between. I also understand how nerve racking and scary it can be, along with the pressure that can come along with finding a sitter to care about your animals the way that you do. I genuinely want to be helpful and I know that if you really want someone to take care of your fur family members with the upmost love and concern then, I’ll be the correct pet sitter for you! I will always follow specific instructions left by my clients. It is mandatory that I do my best to keep every pet safe and happy at all times. I feel like being calm is very important when interacting with animals because you don’t want them to feel uncomfortable.

Risi did a great job with our two little dogs. They are both very shy around people and she was able to endear them. We really appreciate all of her efforts.
We had an emergency with our mom being in the hospital unexpectedly, and Risi was so flexible and willing to pick up our keys the same day so that we could leave early the next morning, despite the disruption to her own schedule. As always, she took exceptional care of our cats, loving on the friendly one and trying to win over the skittish cat. She even thought to put on music for them so that it wasn't so quiet. There are always plenty of photos in her daily updates, and with a very sad and stressful situation and a two day drive to California and back, it was SUCH a relief to know that our boys were well cared for. I can never thank Risi enough for stepping in when we needed her most!
Risi is one of the best dog-sitter you will ever find on this App, I see why she has so many 5 Stars! She sent me so many pictures with every check in while me and my fiancée was on our cruise. It truly felt like I was still at home! 🥹 She treated my puppy Kiyomi like her own! My puppy was so comfortable with her, always smiling and she exceeded my expectations with her services! I finally found my lifetime person to help watch my baby when I take trips! I’m so grateful I met Risi!! Definitely book with her I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Risi is a wonderful communicator and thorough in her reports. She did a good job of taking care of my cat and cleaning up after him. I may consider booking 1-hr sessions, rather than thirty minutes, so he can get more love and Risi is not as pressed for time. We are so appreciative she could be here for us, while I went out of town for 10 days. Thank you, Risi!!!
