I am able to stay at clients houses when house sitting, and never leave the house so I can ensure their safety, I can provide credible references, I send a lot of status updates, I encourage clients to FaceTime at anytime if they would like to see their fur babies, I like to ask a lot of questions during meet and greets so I can go over everything, get all the information I need so I can take great care of your pets, keep them safe, comfortable, and I am patient since it takes time to gain animals trust.

Please let me know if your fur babies have any health issues/concerns, past history, on going, and current. Amy medications needed to be given, any diet restrictions, allergies, any food their allergic to, their daily routine everyday such as feeding times, how much they get fed, I also provide fresh water in their bowls throughout the day, and take them out every few hours. If you have a pooper scooper or poop bags so I can keep your yard clean, and where to throw the poop bags out. What their favorite activities are, their vet info. A 24/7 vet just in case, an emergency contact, any triggers they might have, etc.

I love taking them out for walks, playing with them either outside or inside with their favorite toys, as well as cuddling with them, and spoiling them with love, cuddles, attention, and treats.

I have taken care of dogs, and cats my whole life, I have over 22 years experience. I’m very attentive, I like to keep everything according to their regular routine/schedule, I have a lot of experience with pets who have separation anxiety, medical issues, providing medications, extra care, etc. Patience is key to bonding, and gaining trust with fur babies. I always give fur babies space to come to me since I’m the one in their safe zone, and don’t want them to feel threatened at all. I am a very quiet person, I love to read books, and am currently studying consumer law. I would love to have a meet and greet so clients get the chance to know me, to be able to see from my interaction with your fur babies if I would be a great pick to take care of your pets, along with answering any questions you may have. I tend to ask a lot of questions so I can have all the information I need to be able to take great care of your pets. I also provide status updates to include pictures, videos, etc. during my bookings so clients can feel more at ease knowing their pets are in good hands. I can also provide references if needed. I have a lot of law enforcement clients along with friends of theirs who were referred to me by them. Your pets will always be safe, this is promise I never break. I also love to clean (I’m Asian lol), I take care of the mail, take care of trash/recycling when it needs to be taken out, and brought back in. I always leave the house the way I saw it upon arrival. I also will stay with your babies till you get home so you can see your pets are happy, and healthy, and to be able to see your home is in excellent condition. I don’t mind staying even if it’s past the time since delays can happen from car issues, flight delays, etc. so this way you don’t have to worry about your babies since I will stay till you come home, and answer any questions you may have before I leave, I never charge extra for that since that’s my policy, and anything could happen if I were to leave. Rima did a great job with Yemi during her first stay. Yemi can be shy and a little insecure at first. I appreciated that Rima was patient with Yemi’s quirks and made sure she got plenty of walks, which is one of Yemi’s favorite things. I also appreciated the updates, videos, and communication throughout the stay. It gave me peace of mind knowing Yemi was well and settling in comfortably. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would absolutely book with Rima again in the future for my upcoming trips.
Rima did a great job with Ellie while we were away for the night. Ellie is a senior dog and got ample care, including medication and walks. Rima was very nice and asked a lot of great questions to make sure she was prepared in every scenario. I was confident that Ellie was in good hands while we were away. I leave 4 stars only because Rima’s profile says no children present, but in the videos provided for updates, there was a child present in the home. Ellie is hit or miss with children and this was not mentioned in the meet in greet or anything. Overall, Rima was fantastic but I wish her profile info was updated for others. Thank you!
Rima was very attentive with the dogs. She sent pictures and videos frequently so that we could see that the dogs were doing well. She spent a lot of time outdoors with them. She cleaned up after their poops. She washed towels and sheets so we came home to a clean house. We would use Rima again. We travel frequently to visit our children.
My husband and I needed someone to watch our 9 year old Golden Retriever - Last Minute!! We were so lucky we found Rima! Rocco was well taken care of and Loved!! I highly recommend Rima!
