I barked before I started speaking, need I say more? I'm an animal lover who grew up riding horses and caring for animals of all sorts. I had horses growing up and adopted my first dog, Marvel, ten years ago. I have walked dogs for people throughout my life, including as my primary source of income for a period of time. I care for every dog like I would my own and cater to each individual's needs. Every dog is different and therefore needs a different kind of stimulation to be their happiest; whether that means just a stroll through the woods or really getting their brain active and their body tired. I am very happy to work on obedience and basic training with your dog as well. I have experience caring for lots of other animals as well including horses, cats, small mammals such as hamsters and hedgehogs, and reptiles. I'm comfortable with snakes but I have an incredible fear of spiders so if you happen to have a tarantula that needs taking care of, that's not for me!

Rilee is great with our dog Samson. I could tell when meeting her she had a lot of experience and a great attitude. She's awesome at communicating and sending pictures, and we can tell Samson always has a great time with her.
Rilee's great! She's organized and super responsive. What I especially appreciate is her pro-activeness, getting in touch with me for clarification when I'm not being clear.
Rilee was so great with Juno! She took excellent care of her while we were on vacation, and sent us detailed messages about each visit with pictures. Our dog was in such great hands and seemed so happy and relaxed when we returned home - we will definitely be asking Rilee to care for her again!

I always ask to do a meet and greet before I walk or sit a dog. I will not walk people aggressive dogs (for my safety and the safety of others) or leash reactive dogs unless I have built a relationship with the dog and know their triggers so I can prioritize safety. I also prefer to meet cats ahead of time, especially if they have a specific routine you want me to follow but I’m also happy to set up a call/video chat if the need arises.
A typical day
I prefer to allow the owner to designate where the dog can be walked. All walks are on leash until I develop a relationship with the dog(s) and believe that it is appropriate and safe to allow the dog off leash. I take my own dog hiking, to the beach, and am always looking to find new places to explore so I'm open to anything. If the dog is highly socialized and the owner approves, I will organize puppy playdates with my own dog, Marvel for extra fun! I’m happy to sit and play with cats and have occasionally walked some on a harness! Whatever makes your pet happy is good by me!

Availability
My full-time job is in the music industry. My husband and I own a business and I set my own hours so I often have a lot of flexibility save for occasional concerts we have to attend for clients coming through on tour. I either mark those dates as unavailable or if they’re close enough I can try to work around them!
