This was our first experience of using Rover. We met Ricky for the first time Christmas day. He done a wonderful job of looking after our four dogs and home. Ricky was punctual, polite & easy to talk too. He done an amazing job of looking after our four. The house was left clean and tidy. The dogs were fed, watered and happy on our return. I would highly recommend Ricky to anyone and will definitely use him again if we are lucky enough that he has availability to sit for us. Ricky is a lovely kind man. We consider ourselves the luckiest family ever since we have met Rick. Our beagle Pepper is 11 years old and she has never been to a kennel. Because beagles can be somewhat high maintenance, we needed a dog sitter who knew how to best handle our Pepper. Rick has proven to be simply WONDERFUL. He is the kindest and most dog loving individual we have ever met. He is extremely reliable and, as he stays at our house when we are away, he has, in more than one occasion, gone way beyond the call of duty to ensure our house is looked after. I VERY VERY HIGHLY recommend Rick and my only concern is that someone as wonderful as Rick will soon become so popular that everyone will be fighting over him! I work remote for Citizens Advice. My job is very flexible and this allows me to travel, housesit and look after animals. Such as walking, feeding, cleaning and general routine.
