Pet care experience
An animal lover through and through! Over the years, I've gained loads of experience working for different dog companies and volunteering. I've looked after a range of dogs—from energetic pups who love a good run and play to more chilled-out dogs who prefer a leisurely stroll and nap. I've now started up on my own and joined Rover, excited to offer dedicated dog walking and home care. I've been lucky enough to start building up a nice clientele of my own and also welcome new customers. While I've always been more a doggy person and have a City & Guilds in Dog Walking and a Dog First Aid certificate, pet sitting opened the door to looking after cats too. Now, I have a better understanding of them and truly enjoy caring for them. Pet Sitting & Home Care While pet sitting, as well as caring for your pet, I also offer peace of mind for your property. As a responsible adult, I offer security for your property while you're away. I also take care of general household tasks such as watering plants, taking the bins out, and managing alarms and lights, etc. Location While I'm based in Sutton\Reigate, Surrey, I often travel all over Surrey for sits. Dealing with Richard was a pleasure from beginning to end. He looked after our elderly dog Dennis so well and kept us updated with photos. The house was spotless when we got back and we would definitely book Richard again if he can fit us in.
When it came to finding someone to dog sit our puppy at home we turned to the Rover website to hopefully find someone who we could trust not only in our home but more importantly be trusted with our pup We found Richard and can honestly say we have found an absolute gem of a guy. He’s flawlessly punctual, incredible with our dog, very respectful with our home and is incredibly helpful like bringing laundry in from the garden if it starts raining He keeps in regular contact with us sending messages and videos of what our pup is up too and what he’s done and our pup is very excited to see him when he arrives We literally couldn’t recommend Richard highly enough, we won’t be using anyone else and we feel very lucky to have found him. Richard was AMAZING! Ziggy took to him from the first meeting. I got loads of updates and I know from those that he was played with, walked and given loads of love and attention. I will 100% book with Richard again. Ziggy was super happy and content when I got home so I know he had the best time.
