I’ve had both cats and dogs for years and just love spending time with animals. I’m pretty good at reading their moods—whether they want playtime, cuddles, or just someone to quietly hang out with. I make sure each visit is more than just feeding or walking—I give your pet the attention and care they deserve. I’m always patient, respectful of their boundaries, and treat every pet like they’re my own.

I’ve got a good sense for animal moods—if your pet’s feeling shy, I’ll give them space. If they’re excited to hang out, I’m all in for playtime and cuddles. I follow your instructions to a T, make sure everything gets done right, and always double-check that everything’s locked up before I go.

Richard is always so attentive and honestly happy to see our girl. It makes me feel so happy to know Joni is in good hands with someone who is happy to be with her.
Richard was beyond amazing! He took care of our Jasper for the few days we were out of town. We received daily photos and messages detailing his play time. Richard even brought over some cat toys for Jasper to play with. On top of that he kept the surrounding area of his litter clean, and also cleaned his dishes. He truly made us feel at ease. Jasper was in excellent hands while we were away. Highly recommend Richard.

I would highly recommend Richard. I have a shy rescue who takes awhile warming up to new people and Richard was so considerate of her. He brought her a special treat, was conscious about wearing soft colors so he did not appear intimidating and followed my cues on how to interact with Joni. I have never seen her take to anyone so quickly. Richard is also very communicative, which I appreciate. I have already rebooked!

Schedule
I always try to make the most of my visits—walks, feeding, and definitely playtime. I know your pet will be alone for a while after I leave, so I do my best to give them attention, love, and some good company while I’m there.
