Hi! I’m Relle — a lifelong animal lover and experienced dogsitter based in Gaithersburg, MD. I’ve cared for dogs and cats for as long as I can remember, and I’ve been professionally petsitting since 2020. I currently have four cats and a dachshund of my own, so I truly understand how important it is to find someone who treats your pets with patience, kindness, and consistency. I am educated with veterinary industry standard methods of animal health care with a certificate in Canine and Feline CPR and First Aid through Pet Emergency Education. I have amazing repeat clients who trust me with everything from puppies to seniors to pets with medical or behavioral needs. My background in social services and crisis response also helps me stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and adapt to each pet’s unique needs — whether that’s structured routines, gentle handling, or lots of enrichment and exercise. When I housesit, I maintain your pets’ normal routines, keep your home tidy, and send daily photo updates so you always know how your pets are doing. Of course, I will follow whatever care directions are provided by the pet parent. Though, generally, for overnight sitting, I take dogs out to go to the bathroom once every 2 hours and a 2 mile solo walk once a day or a daily visit to the local park. For drop in visits, every drop in visit is a little different and the care I provide is based on the directions provided by the pet parent. Every animal is a little different and requires a more personal care plan.

Relle is terrific - she has watched our two dogs multiple times and is wonderful with them. One of them has severe anxiety and boarding is not an option for him. In her short time with him, she's already won over his trust. She has great communication and keeps in touch with us every day to give us updates on the dogs and the house. We can't recommend her enough!
Relle is wonderful! We’ve booked with her before and are never disappointed! She always leaves our pets happy and healthy, the place clean too. Relle stayed overnight with our older girl and new kitten and was excellent at juggling time between them as they are currently separated. She was able to give our older cat medicine with ease and knew how to deal with both kitten energy and older cat energy at the same time. She made us feel super stress free and kept us well informed on how things were going at the house. We would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a cat sitter / overnight sitter.
Relle navigated snow and ice in our neighborhood to give our two dogs some much-needed exercise! We’re very grateful!
Relle took great care of our two dogs and our house while we were away! She made time to take them on their regular walks even when the weather wasn’t the best, and she sent regular photo and text updates to let us know they were enjoying themselves. She also left the house in great shape and brought in some packages that arrived while we were gone. We’d happily have her back in the future!

Zeitplan
I have a flexible work schedule, and I will make a priority within my schedule and routine to provide care to your animals. Because of my flexible schedule, I will be happy to do overnight dogsitting/catsitting at your home and/or perform daily drop ins at your home. I would also be happy to provide your pet with field trips to the local park.
