Pet care experience
Our family has a dauschaund for 15 years that passed in August. She was provided so much love and care. I'm not afraid to help feel meds to your pup to keep them happy and healthy. We now have a new pup, a 10 lb pomeranian/ chihuahua mix who is about half way through his training to be a service dog and hopefully a therapy dog. He loves his training and putting that work vest on. Hopedully when he is finished he can help put smiles on many faces, just like he has done with my husband and I. Our family has also had cats off and on for over 20 years. While I know they are laid back and are happy with an empty litter box and a full food bowl, they like getting the extra love and attention to. So whether it's with a toy on a stick, balls on the ground, or even some gentle pets they need love while your away also.

Our dog LOVES Rebekka. She is so good with him. Most important, in my opinion, is that she reinforces the training that we are working on at the time. Our well behaved pooch owes some of his good behavior to her efforts.
Rebekka is an amazing animal lover. She would take our puppy when we needed him to be watched while we went with our kids to their sporting events. She never complained or cancelled on us! Highly recommend Rebekka for her caring and helpful nature!

I am asking to care for smaller dogs only because of some medical restrictions. With a small dog I will have no problem walking them, cleaning up after them, and crating if needed. But most of all I will be able to play with them to help burn off energy.

I would love to meet you and your pup prior to our first walk or play date. Learn what a 'normal' day like for your pup. While I understand getting that energy out, I also understand trying to keep them on a consistent schedule.
A typical day
I understand the importance of getting your pup's energy out! I am happy to walk your pup, check out all those smells in the neighborhood and maybe at a nearby park that your pup likes. Or maybe take them over to their favorite fire hydrant. I am also happy to play ball, fetch with toys, some gentle tug of war, and even pets or brushing to calm them back down after play time is over.

Availability
I currently work part-time from home. I would be available to help your four legged family member before 7am and after 12 noon. The only other thing that keeps me busy is the training with Rupert, but it's flexible.
