Pet care fits naturally into my daily life as I work from home most of the week. This means dogs staying with me have plenty of company, supervision and attention throughout the day. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I work 10am–2pm, and on Fridays 10am–12pm, so dogs are never left for long periods. Outside of those hours, I’m at home and able to provide walks, playtime and relaxed companionship. Because I limit boarding to a maximum of two dogs from the same family, I can give each dog focused care and keep their routine consistent and calm. Your dog would be part of a structured, loving home environment with lots of presence and reassurance — not left alone all day.

Safety, trust & environment
Dogs staying with me are welcomed as part of the family and cared for in a calm, structured home environment. I stick closely to each dog’s normal routine — including feeding times, walk schedules, sleep arrangements and any specific instructions — to help them feel settled and secure. I provide daily walks, plenty of companionship and supervised time throughout the day as I work from home most of the week. Dogs are rarely left alone, and never for long periods. I only take a maximum of two dogs at a time, and only from the same family, which allows me to give focused attention and avoid the stress of unfamiliar dogs mixing. Safety and cleanliness are very important to me. I ensure secure spaces, supervised interactions and a comfortable resting area for your dog. Regular updates and photos are always sent so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. Most importantly, I treat every dog with patience, kindness and genuine affection — just as I would my own.

Information Rebecca P. would like to know about your pet
Before your dog stays with me, I ask owners to provide as much information as possible about their pet. This includes their daily routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, temperament, training level, recall, and how they are around children and other dogs. I also need to know about any medical conditions, allergies, medication, anxieties or behavioural traits so I can provide the safest and most consistent care possible. The more I know about your dog beforehand, the better I can make their stay feel comfortable, secure and tailored to them. Clear communication helps ensure a happy, stress-free experience for both you and your pet.
A typical day
Our day begins with a calm morning routine — a toilet break in the garden followed by breakfast and relaxed time while the house wakes up. Dogs staying with me have access to the garden for toilet breaks throughout the day whenever needed. Because I work from home most of the week, your dog has plenty of company, supervision and interaction during the day. Dogs enjoy two walks daily, tailored to their individual energy levels and needs. This may include local walks, visits to dog parks, or beach walks for a change of scenery and enrichment. For safety and peace of mind, all dogs are kept on a lead at all times when outside the home. Between walks, there’s time to rest, nap, enjoy gentle play, or simply be part of family life. I follow your dog’s normal routine closely, including feeding times and any specific instructions, to help them feel secure and settled. Evenings are calm and cosy, with plenty of affection and a comfortable space to wind down before bed. I only take a maximum of two dogs from the same family, ensuring focused, personal care in a safe, structured and loving home environment.

Pet care experience
Animals have always been a big part of my life, and providing a safe, loving environment for dogs in my care is something I take very seriously. I offer a true home-from-home experience where dogs are treated as part of the family. I’m a mum of three, so our home is used to routine, responsibility and lots of love. The dogs I care for are around calm, respectful children and become part of our daily life — whether that’s relaxed time in the house or enjoyable daily walks. I offer dog walking as part of their stay and make sure each dog’s routine is followed closely, including feeding schedules, exercise needs and any specific instructions from owners. I only take a maximum of two dogs at a time, and only from the same family, so your dog will always receive focused attention without the stress of unfamiliar dogs. Safety, cleanliness and clear communication are very important to me. I provide regular updates and photos so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away. Most importantly, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone. I promise to care for them with patience, kindness and genuine affection — just as I would my own.
Reviews

As I'd never used a dog sitter before, I was a little sceptical at first. However, Maple settled in really well with Rebecca and her family. I received regular updates on how she was getting on, which really put me at ease. Rebecca and her family made Maple feel completely welcome in their home, and it was clear she was very well cared for. I would definitely use Rebecca again to look after my dog

Rebecca was fantastic looking after our dogs over Easter. Her communication was great with regular updates and she handled our puppy Skye brilliantly while also managing Dougal, our older dog, with ease. Super handy being local too - highly recommend!

Rebecca was amazing. She looked after our dog so well and was really patient settling her in on the first night. Great feedback and communication throughout the stay. Thanks again to Rebecca and her family. Would definitely recommend her.
A big thank you to Rebecca and her family for the excellent care they give to our dogs.
