I have a plethora of experience working with dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and more for more than 20 years! I have two cats at home right now, and I grew up with a menagerie of rescue animals, including two dachshunds and a German shepherd mix, and hope to one day have a dog (or four) again. For about five years, I worked at a pet store helping teach families how to properly care for exotic pets. I also spent some time working in the grooming salon and as a dog trainer's assistant. During this same time period, I also worked as a kennel technician and have several years of experience volunteering at various county animal shelters. To top it all off, I also worked as a reptile rehabilitator, interned at my local zoological park, and have been in the pet sitting business for almost 16 years. One of my first regular clients when I was 16 had four dogs and fifteen cats (six of whom got medication), so I am definitely able to handle households of all sizes.
