Raquel was absolutely amazing! She accepted my booking on short notice, and from the very beginning she made me feel completely at ease. As a first time Rover user, I was understandably nervous about leaving my dog with someone else, but Raquel was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring. She even offered to arrange a meet and greet beforehand, which I really appreciated. Throughout the stay, she kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. My dog, Toffee, is an anxious senior, so her comfort is my biggest priority. When I got home, Toffee was calm, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. That meant the world to me. I truly can’t say enough good things about Raquel. She went above and beyond to make both Toffee and me feel comfortable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Thank you so much, Raquel!
Raquel is fantastic, kind, reliable. Her drop in visit to my senior pugs set my mind at ease during a long day away. My boys were also relaxed and happy when I got home; her visit definitely helped them not get worked up and anxious. Highly recommend!
Raquel was absolutely incredible, she did a wonderful job handling an anxious little pup and an overly friendly GR. The pups had a lovely time, will definitely reach out again!
