Pet care experience
Hi there! I’ve been raised with animals all my life and have fond memories caring for my sweet pets. I grew up with cats and dogs around me and still enjoy playing with them today. I regularly take care of my family’s dog when vacations arise and I’m happy to meet new dogs and extend that same care to them. 🤗🐾 I’m a stay at home mom so my schedule is very flexible. I’m happy to make visits to your home whenever is best for your dog. 💗 I’ll gladly send you pictures and video updates while your dog is in my care and I am happy to play with them with any of their favorite toys. 🐶 I love languages. I am fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and American Sign Language and I’m also currently learning French. I’d be happy to communicate with you in any of those and also speak to your dog in whatever language you use at home as well. 🤟

She helped us book at the last minute so close to a holiday after trying multiple times with other sitters. Sent me photos and quick updates and is super lovely 💜 I was worried one of my dogs would cause some trouble but he was happy all week long 💜
Raquel was AMAZING!! I left my 1 year old Australian Sheppard with her over the 4th of July holiday weekend. I booked super last minute considering my other boarding plans fell through. She was attentive, educated and overall a joy to communicate with. My dog seemed calm, happy and well loved when I picked him up. I will 100% go back to Raquel ANY & EVERY time I need a pet sitter going forward.
We are so pleased with the care she provided to our fur baby Wicket. She was responsive, she sent pictures, she sent us updates. He looked so happy he was enjoying his time, which made us very happy. Wicket is scared of storms but he received extra cuddles to calm him. We will definitely recommend her to others and we’ll be using her again. She gave our fur baby love and attention throughout his stay.

A typical day
I love walking to the local park from my home so I’d be happy to walk any dog I’m sitting in the afternoon that route to get some fresh air. I also have a fenced in back yard where the dog can run and we can play together.
