I'm Rai (he/him)! I am a proud cat dad to Luca -- he is my whole world. I will treat your pets like my own, send you picture updates, play with them, sing them little songs, and accommodate their needs! I'm the go-to pet sitter for my friends & family and would love to be your go-to person as well :)

I have never been away from my dog, Bubba, for more than 3 hours and when I met Raisa through a friend, it was like all of my worries were lifted off my shoulders. Raisa took care of Bubba for a 3 whole consecutive days until I came home for bedtime. She walked him three times a day, fed them, played with him (sometimes at dog parks), and kept up with his in-home potty training. It was a lot of responsibility for someone’s first time with my dog and she did an amazing job.
My cat, Gigi, is my whole entire world. Best friend. I’m obsessed with her. The absolute love of my life. She is also 100% the spawn of satan. Child locks on all my cabinets. Knows how to unzip backpacks. Knocks over plants like someone’s paying her to do it. Screams and pounces when hungry. Once she ate a literal sponge. Tl;dr, my cat causes chaos wherever she goes, to the detriment of herself and others, and for this reason I am understandably nervous about leaving her with anyone, ever. But Raisa has watched her before (and is about to watch her again!) and everyone was not only alive, but happy at the end of it! I received plenty of kitty pictures throughout the week and came back to a house not on fire + a very cheerful Gigi, love-headbutting Raisa. If she can take care of my hellchild and leave all parties cheerful and unscathed, she’ll be a wonderful temporary pet parent to any fur-baby.

I’ve got experience with my own cat, Luca, who used to love jumping on tables—so I understand how to gently reinforce boundaries and make sure your pets are safe and comfortable while you're away.

A typical day
Your dog and I will have a ton of fun playing games, going on walks, and getting fresh air together. I take daily walks myself and would love to bring your pup along for whatever pace and distance they’re comfortable with. For cats, I make sure they get the right balance of stimulation and calm. Whether that’s playtime with their favorite toys or just keeping them company in their favorite window spot. I always shower pets with plenty of affection and attention, making sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away

I'm currently working part-time and freelancing, so my schedule is flexible! I typically have a lot of availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays and in the evenings.
