I do my utmost to keep your sweet pet happy and healthy while you are away. Does your pet receive scheduled medications? No worries I am experienced in administering meds and would be happy to keep your pet on their schedule. I am ready to follow your specific care instructions as every pet is different and has different thresholds. My own pets are all fully vaccinated and I prefer that all my clients pets are also fully up to date to protect your furry fam and my own.

Vaccines need to be up to date to ensure your pets safety and my own pets safety. Any behavioural things that your pet displays should be disclosed ahead of time (for eg. nervous around men, dog-aggressive, etc.). Medical conditions or needs should also be disclosed such as previously known breathing issues, heart disease, diabetic, etc.
A typical day
I will be happy to play with your pup in your yard or house. I can take them for a walk while I am there as well to give them some energy-burning time. We can practice some tricks for treats. My visits are also a perfect time for a brushing if they need so they can trust me even more going forward. If your pet is sociable and vaccinated, my girls (2 dogs that grew up in a furry vet clinic family) are also happy to go on walks with your pet if you so desire.

Availability
Currently I work Monday to Thursday (8-7pm) at a local vet clinic (and the occasional Saturday morning). I am available for dog walks Friday mostly as my fur-babies need their time too. I am happy to check on your fur babies at any point during the week. I can absolutely check on pets on my lunch break if they are within a 15min distance from the clinic. Otherwise twice a day checks are better Monday to Thursday.
