Pet care experience
An experienced pet sitter/ walker I’ve taken care of cats/ dogs for neighbours and friends since I was 13 years old and have my own cat Gabby (18 years old!) and an energetic golden retriever called Stella (5 years old). I’ve travelled the world looking after furry friends all over the globe on trusted house sitters and have recently made the leap over to Rover to do pet sitting at home. Being a medical student and away from home I love the opportunity to get to spend time with some lovely pets and spoil them exactly as my own. I’m happy going long walks and adventures with your pets or just to pop in to walk/ pet sit and make sure they’re well fed, let out and having a great day. Being a medical student I’m comfortable in looking after cats with medical needs and have experience with my own pets in looking after older animals. Whatever the character of your pets I can guarantee we’ll get on well and I’ll treat them with the same affection and responsibility as their owners.

Rachel looked after my (rather energetic) lab Skye and was absolutely amazing with her. It’s clear she has a real love of animals and looks after them like her own.
Rachel looked after Olive, a medium-sized female dog. She was dilligent in preparing Olive's very specific diatary requirements, was always punctual and Olive would come back from her walks very happy!
Rachel is brilliant with cats. She traveled to Australia and looked after my two elderly cats in Melbourne whilst I was on holiday. She is kind respectful and a whole bunch of laughs. She took great care of my lil fur friends and is a brilliant traveller who’s always interesting to talk to. I really enjoyed all her updates of what my kitties were up to. I’m so glad we met and look forward to having her over again soon.

I currently am living at my large family home in the countryside. The garden is green and plentiful with lots of space and my own pets to play with if they enjoy company. I also do house/ pet sitting/ walks in your own home to allow pets to be more relaxed in their own surroundings. Rest assured I will ensure your home is clean, tidy and orderly whilst giving your pet the extra TLC they deserve.

A typical day
A typical day with your pet would start by making sure they are of course well fed and some well deserved cuddles, I’m a very high energy person so I’d then make sure we get lots of time for walks and games keeping your dog well stimulated with games and sniffs around the local park/ neighbourhood. After a fun day of adventures I’m well known for bringing back a happy and well rested dog ready for a nap by the radiator.

Availability
I’m currently a medical student on holiday for the summer term so your furry friends will have my undivided attention. When I’m pet sitting I like to make sure that your lovely pets get a bit of their own holiday so love the opportunity to take them on extended long walks, day trips or whatever your pet enjoys. I’ll always tailor this to your requirements and ensure the best service and care for your pet. In addition I’ll give you lots of regular pupdates of our walks and what we’re getting up to.
