Pet care experience
I have a B.S. in Animal Science from Delaware Valley University and have lots of experience working with and owning all types of animals, from huge horses to tiny fish. No animal is a challenge, and I hope to meet them all! I know Rover does not offer “exotic” animal (rabbits, reptiles, fish, etc) or livestock (horses, cattle, chickens, etc) pet-sitting, but I understand that lots of people have more than one pet, so feel free to ask about my exotic animal pet sitting as well and we can figure it out!

We had a great experience with Rachel! She came to our hotel and stayed with our Luca, for about four hours while we were out. She walked him, kept him hydrated, and made sure he was entertained the entire time. She was so sweet and gentle with him—truly wonderful. It gave us such peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. Highly recommend!
Rachel has extensive knowledge about various pets from dogs and cats to birds and lizards. She has shown to be gentle, extremely caring, and dedicated to our pets wellbeing and happiness. She is quick to zero in on their personalities and goes out of her way to make each one feel special. Rachel is also our go-to for any basic first aid questions and issues. We wouldn't hesitate to have Rachel care for our pets!
I had to leave my pet at school for a week to go home, I asked Rachel to watch my pet, she pays very close attention to detail when it came to my care instructions to ensure it was as little stress as possible for my buddy. I got photo updates and he was so happy while I was gone. I’m so happy I trusted her and 10/10 recommend her to anyone.

A typical day
Whether your pet is full of energy or loves to lounge, I make sure every visit is full of fun, comfort, and attention! For dogs, I enjoy going on walks, playing fetch, or exploring the yard together. I tailor activities based on your pup’s personality, whether that means a jog, a game of tug-of-war, or just some belly rubs and quiet time. For cats, I keep things engaging with toys, laser pointers, and interactive play, or cozy lap time and gentle brushing for the calmer kitties. I take the time to bond with each pet, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and mentally stimulated while you're away.
