Information Rachel C. would like to know about your pet

The more I know about your dog, the better I can make sure they feel comfortable and have the best stay possible! A few things that are really helpful to know upfront: Routine — What time do they usually eat, go out, and go to sleep? Sticking to their normal schedule helps reduce stress. Energy level — Are they a marathon runner or more of a leisurely stroller? This helps me plan the right amount of activity. Behavior around other dogs or people — Any leash reactivity, anxiety around strangers, or things that might trigger them? Medical needs — Medications, allergies, dietary restrictions, or any health conditions I should be aware of. Emergency contacts — Your vet's info and a backup contact in case I can't reach you. Quirks and favorites — Favorite toys, comfort items, commands they know, or anything that helps them settle in (like a beloved blanket or a specific treat). No detail is too small — the more context you share during our meet-and-greet, the smoother and more enjoyable the stay will be for your pup!

A typical day

I always make sure dogs get plenty of outdoor time and enrichment throughout the day — whether that's romping in the backyard/frontyard, sniffing adventures around the neighborhood, or just some good old belly rubs. My goal is for every dog to feel happy, tired, and totally at home by the end of the day!

Pet care experience

I've been caring for dogs with love and intention since I was 14 — and now my husband and I get to do it alongside Kaia, my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel pup 🐶 She's warm, emotionally attuned, and genuinely excited to make a new friend — but she'll also give your pup all the space they need if they'd rather just cozy up solo. We have a fenced front yard, backyard, and cozy indoor space, so your fur baby will feel right at home.
