I work part time as a pet portrait artist, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to include pet care throughout the weekdays. Because I create artwork from home, I’m able to provide dependable walks, check-ins, and attentive care during the day rather than only evenings or weekends. Spending time with animals is genuinely one of my favorite parts of my routine, so I enjoy making pet care a consistent and meaningful part of my week.

I grew up around both dogs and cats and have always genuinely loved animals. I’m an active person who enjoys long walks, playtime, and making sure pets feel safe and cared for while their owners are away. What sets me apart is the amount of attention and affection I naturally give animals — I’m actually a pet portrait artist because of how much I love pets and connecting with their personalities. I’m patient, attentive, and happy to adapt to each dog’s individual energy level and needs.

Rachel took great delight in caring for and nurturing all of the pets in our household. She is trustworthy, kind, gentle and has a good understanding of animals and their unspoken needs. She is a very conscientious person who deeply loves animals and they love her.
Rachel is absolutely lovely! She is professional, trustworthy, punctual, courteous, and most importantly-wonderful with our animals. They loved her immediately and completely forgot we lived there lol. She respected our home and all guidelines put in place to care for our two doodles. And she kept us updated! This was very important to me as I get anxious (probably more than our dogs) when we are away for more than a day trip. We will be requesting her services again!
