Hi, I’m Rach! I’ve been around animals my whole life, growing up with Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and now caring for my English Bull Terrier, Brayley. I’ve also previously dog sat for owners while living in Blackpool and regularly look after cats for friends, usually visiting twice a day while they’re away. I’m comfortable caring for both indoor and outdoor cats, as well as dogs with very different personalities and needs. I offer dog walking and drop-in visits, and I’m happy to tailor each booking around your pet’s usual routine. This can include walks, feeding and refreshing water, playtime, companionship, cleaning litter trays and generally making sure they’re happy and settled while you’re away. I’ll also send photos and updates so you know how they’re getting on. I work full-time, generally 8am–4pm, but I’m fortunate to have flexible working hours and regularly work from home. This gives me flexibility for daytime visits where my schedule allows, as well as good availability during evenings and weekends. I know how important it is to trust someone with both your pet and your home, so I’ll always treat them with the same care and respect I’d expect for my own. Every animal is different, so I’m happy to follow their individual routine and let them set the pace, whether they’re energetic and playful or happiest having some quiet company.

Your pet’s safety and happiness will always be my priority. I’ll take the time to understand their routine, personality and any specific needs before every booking. Whether that’s sticking to feeding times, administering simple medication, using a harness, or avoiding busy walking routes, I’m happy to tailor my care. I’ll treat your home with respect, keep you updated with photos and messages, and make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable and well cared for while you’re away.

Rachel is a fantastic dog walker/pet sitter! She has a way with dogs and cats that works, and animals are always at ease around her. My cat Poppy doesn’t trust many people, but she will happily engage with Rachel.
Rachel looked after my cat Barb whilst I was on holiday. I have nothing but good things to say about her service, Barb was well looked after, her litter tray was kept on top of, the house was left exactly how I left it and updates were provided consistently. Rachel herself was very professional yet friendly, you can tell she really loves animals
Rachel is a very reliable and trustworthy pet sitter. She has helped me out massively at very last minute and well in advance, I am very grateful to her. She spends loads of time with my pets when I’m not there and makes sure they are happy before she leaves. 10/10 care for my animals.

Schedule
I work full-time with flexible hours and regularly work from home, which means I’m able to offer walks and drop-in visits throughout the day where my schedule allows, as well as evenings and weekends. I always keep my availability up to date and will only accept bookings that I know I can give my full attention to, so your pet will never feel like they’re being squeezed into a busy schedule.
