I boarded my Husky, Aiko, with Rachael and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From day one, she was on point with communication sending regular updates, pictures, and videos of Aiko having a blast. It really gave me peace of mind seeing how much fun he was having, whether it was on a walk, hanging out, or just lounging around. Rachael didn’t just feed and watch him—she actually spent time with him. Aiko got plenty of social time, regular walks, and real attention, not just the bare minimum. What really stood out was how flexible and understanding she was. My schedule changed last minute twice and she was able to extend Aiko’s stay without hesitation.
