With nearly 20 years of experience caring for pets of all breeds and sizes, I bring love, attention, and reliability to every furry friend I meet. While I don’t have pets of my own, my parents’ pups, Rascal and Chauncey, often visit me—they call my place their “vacation home”! From vacations and new babies to surgeries and life changes, I’ve been a trusted caregiver for friends and family, handling everything from walks and baths to vet visits and playtime. Quia was friendly and communicative during the booking process, and I appreciated her willingness to care for my three cats while I was away for four days. However, I was disappointed to return home and find that the litter boxes had not been cleaned at all during that time. As a result, my home had a strong odor, and the cats began using the bathroom in other areas of the house. This created a stressful and unpleasant situation that could have been avoided with proper litter box maintenance — something I believe to be a basic expectation during multi-day cat sitting. When I brought up my concerns, I didn’t feel they were taken seriously. While I understand that everyone may have different assumptions about care, I would recommend being extremely specific about your expectations if you decide to book with Quia.
She is so sweet and inviting! Charlie felt comfortable right off the bat for his first stay with her. ♥️

Quia was great with Fritz! I appreciate her warm and caring nature and know that Fritz was well cared for. She sent regular updates on how he was doing and pictures/videos so we could see how he was getting along. I will definitely trust her with Fritz’s care again.

My gated apartment community is pet-friendly, featuring parks and a pup gym for fun outdoor activities. Inside my home, potty-trained pets are free to roam, while non-potty-trained pets can roam or be caged with a structured potty schedule to help with training. I use positive reinforcement with treats (parent-approved) to encourage good habits. Your furbaby’s happiness is my priority!

A typical day
A fun day with my furry companions is all about play and adventure! From enjoying toys to exploring green pastures, I love seeing them happy and full of energy. While my apartment has plenty of space to roam, when it’s nice out, I love to visit Forest Park for even more excitement and fresh air. It’s always a tail-wagging good time!

Availability
I have a hybrid and flexible schedule, so there are days I may be away for a few hours. But no worries, your furry friend will get plenty of attention and care! I love walking and enjoying nature daily, and your pet is welcome to join me for exercise and fresh air. Our days will include a consistent potty/play schedule (3-4 times daily) tailored to their needs, starting with a morning walk, followed by meals, playtime, and plenty of love. I’m here to ensure they feel happy, safe, and loved while you’re away!
