Hi there! This is Polo (and my 2 year-old dog Ava) and I am very excited to get to know you and your pet. I love working with animals and attend to any needs your pets have. I grew up with dogs most of our lives as members of my and have experience with puppy raising and basic training. I have ample indoor space and a very large fenced backyard with grass for daily playtimes. If your dog is social, I am close to some amazing dog parks and am happy to take them too alongside regular walks throughout the neighborhood.

I always oversee play to ensure it’s safe and mutual and use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage play for dogs who may lean anxious. My dog Ava is particularly social and playful so other social dogs tend to get a lot out of their stays with me; she is also very good at giving another dog space if they aren't as hyper or social so they can feel safe and enjoy their time as well. While your dog stays with me you can rest assured they will be physically engaged either through long play and train sessions, fun times at the local dog park, and/or nice long walks each day (weather permitting). Additionally, on longer boarding requests I make an intention of bringing your pup on a more special excursion- a beach, hiking trail, or otherwise special location they may not go to often otherwise. These tend to be fun not just for us but the dogs too and make for great photo opportunities as well if you are interested!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs (extra potty breaks, meal schedules, etc.). I am extremely flexible and can meet the needs of most dogs.
A typical day
A typical day with dogs under my care starts with a morning walk around the neighborhood or to a nearby park—it's a great way to get energy out and enjoy some fresh air. After that, I make sure they have fresh water and breakfast, followed by some playtime or mental stimulation (like puzzle toys or basic training exercises). Throughout the day, I keep an eye on their needs—whether it’s a potty break, some cuddle time, or just a bit of companionship while I work or do chores. I try to fit in another walk or active play session in the afternoon or early evening. At night, we wind down with a little quiet time or snuggling before bedtime. I always prioritize routine, consistency, and making sure my dog feels safe, loved, and engaged throughout the day.

Availability
M-F: 6-8am; 12:30~8pm Sa,Sun: anytime My window of availability for any type of scheduling or coordinating drop-offs or pick-ups particularly for boarding throughout the week are typically very early morning (6-8am) as well as most any time after 12:30pm. On weekends I am typically available throughout the day. We are happy to discuss specifics for any dates you may need. I have particularly great availability for any pet parents with swing shift work schedules who may need some flexibility with scheduling.
