We used Phoebe for our first time through this app, and we couldn’t be happier with how she cared for our dog, Elsa. Throughout our time away, Phoebe kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us such peace of mind knowing Elsa was in loving hands. She went the extra mile to make Elsa feel comfortable, and it was obvious from the pictures that Elsa was happy and relaxed. Phoebe has helped look after my dog Tizzy many times while I've been away over the last couple of years. She is so great, attentive and dealt with her brilliantly (even when she was a mischevious little puppy) and Poppy absolutely adores her and feels very safe around her. She always keeps me up to date and sends lots of pics to keep me at ease while I'm on my holidays. Great communication and always on time for pick ups and drop offs. Would definitely recommend Phoebe to look after your dogs as she's amazing.
