philip was truly an amazing sitter for us, and went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. with a last minute (read: 6 days before we had to fly out!) cancellation for medical reasons, we reached out to philip and he was super quick to respond and accommodate, as a new sitter for us. he even came over within the short timeframe to do a meet and greet with our sweet but anxious lincoln - and lincoln immediately LOVED him! first time i've ever seen our doggo warm up to a person in less than 5 minutes. i appreciated all the photo updates and check ins, and he even left linky a little lamb toy that he had brought that lincoln fell in love with. will definitely be booking again!

Phil is a great communicator and he follows Dave schedule perfectly. We always come home to a clean house and a very happy dog! We will continue to use Phil for all of our dog related travel plans.

Phil stayed with our 2 year old Bernedoodle for a week and did a great job! Our pup has separation anxiety and Phil was sure to stay with her and give her a little extra TLC while we were away. He was also very responsive to communication and provided many updates and pictures. Phil went above and beyond and even helped out with house chores. We were very happy with Phil’s level of care and dedication to our pup and home while we were away.

Phillip is FANTASTIC! From the moment our pets met him, they loved and cuddled up to him! We got pictures almost every day of our "kids" with Phillip and movies of the dog walks. House was immaculate when we returned. Boyo, Beazie, and we love Phillip! He is absolutely our choice when we go away again.

Philip has been great in the past, and our dogs do genuinely like him. This particular visit, however, did not go as expected. One of our dogs is more anxious by nature, and during this booking she was uncomfortable when Philip tried to put her collar on. She is not aggressive or mean- she was simply anxious and putting her head down- and as a result, she was not walked. We were in another state 4 hours away and really relied on his services so our dogs could use the bathroom, as we could not make it back within a 8 hour window. While we can understand that this situation may have felt intimidating and are willing to give grace around that, the more concerning issue was that our front door was left open. It was not locked or even fully shut when we returned home. We don’t know what happened or why this occurred, but we were shocked and very disappointed by this part of the visit. Overall, this experience did not reflect the level of care or attention we expected.
