I love animals, dogs especially! My dogs are part of our family and my home is theirs as much as it is mine, to include having them warm, cozy, and comfortable (furniture and beds). They get plenty of TLC and safe living conditions. I am completely comfortable with giving medications and treatments. I have a clean home and can provide them with toys and lots of activities including playtime with my dogs. We are always up for a car ride or neighborhood walk weather permitting. Always a lap to lay in, hands free to rub a belly or scratch an ear, or just a cheek ready to be slobbered on with a wet kiss. I LOVE furbabies!

Penny ended care of my dog 1 day into a 7-day booking because he had an accident while unattended overnight. This was my dog's second stay with Penny, so I was quite surprised she handled the situation as she did. While a dog having an accident is an inconvenience, the way she handled the situation was very disappointing. Trying to coordinate emergency care for an animal while you are across the country was not only stressful, but I feel bad for my pup who was forced to move around more than he should have. The care and safety team handled this situation extremely well and I am thankful they stepped in to ensure my dog was well cared for. I wish Penny the best of luck with future bookings but this was an extremely stressful and dissapointing experience.
Penny worked with Sammy on his barking this week and he’s learned so much! She’s great with him and has even graciously accepted his sharp puppy claws…for now 😊

I only work part time so I am home alot, they aren’t left alone very often. I live in a great neighborhood for taking walks.
