I can cater to your dogs needs whatever they may be, but good information to have would be how they react to other people and animals, if there’s anything that really aggravates them, if they have any medical requirements, what kind of daily exercise they are used to, if they are prone to chewing or shredding belongings, and if/how long they can be left unattended (not that I would plan to for long).

I like to stimulate the dogs who stay with me physically and mentally. If you have any tricks or training you’re working on, I’d love to keep that going with your dog! I usually take dogs staying with me out every 2-3 hours for a quick potty break depending on their needs and walk around my neighborhood to enjoy some smells, and then do longer walks at the beginning and end of day after meals. If needed, I’ll do a midday or afternoon longer stretch of hiking/walking on the trails by my house, or fetch if your dog enjoys that. If you provide any toys like puzzles, tug, or bones I’ll also make sure your dog gets some of those every day. I don’t have a fenced in yard, but I do have a large and safe deck in the sun that pets in my home usually love to hang out on.
