Hello. My name is Pavla and I am a huge dog, and other pets, lover! I work from home full time and enjoy having a fur friend with me as I just enjoy a dog's company, and it's a bonus that it helps the owners as well. As a previous dog owner myself, I appreciate the one-to-one approach as an alternative to kennels, as they are not suitable for all dogs. Your pup will have loads of fun, will be well taken care of, and more often than not, will be in danger of not being returned as I tend to fall in love with them all! I am available, as per my calendar, for house-sitting (as long as I can work at the same time - strong WiFi connection needed). Due to my work commitments and housing set up (I currently live in a shared house), I am unfortunately unable to offer boarding in my own home right now. I have moved to the area not long ago so excited to explore all the different places for the best walks, icluding driving further afield for a little adventure and a change of scenery. If you have any special requirements and needs, please do ask as I can be flexible and make ammendments to accommodate accordingly. I have grown up with dogs of different sizes, breeds and backgrounds. I have lived and socialised with dogs as different as a chihuahua and a bernese mountain and anyone in between, including cocker spaniels, corgies, mixed breeds, border terriers, retrievers, dachshounds, pitties and staffies, german shepherds and even an elderly saint bernard. I am currently working towards gaining certification in dog training with IMDT and work with a local qualified dog trainer, helping in her puppy classes (Sat mornings and Tu evenings). Please do ask any questions you may have. I would love to meet you and your pet for a free, informal meet and greet as I believe every pet chooses their human and you don't know if a match is a good one until you see your dog and a person interacting in real life. Pavla is wonderful! She is so kind, and from the minute she met our 18 month old bouncy golden retriever was his best friend. Pavla came for a look-after afternoon and evening in May, and got on so well with our pup. She kindly came for a re-visit the week before our holiday too. While we were on holiday over 10 days Pavla sent update message and pictures each day of their adventures. Managing our doggy’s routine v the hot weather and keeping him happy, played with , cuddled lots, and ever so well looked after. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pavla to look after your pet, with such dedication and love, 110 % amazing. Our house was left beautifully too. Before we knew we were getting a puppy we had booked a week's family holiday at an AirBnB which didn't allow animals. Our puppy was 8 1/2 months when we went on holiday. We knew Pavla from the puppy classes that we took, as she was one of the trainers, and therefore had seen that she is good with dogs and loves them. She did a great job taking care of our puppy and also keeping us up to date daily on how things were going. It was very reassuring. She sent us photos every day and updates. Our puppy even started her first season the last few days when we were away and Pavla handled it all so well even though we weren't expecting it so early based on the advice from our vet. Pavla also left our home looking neater and cleaner than we we left it. I would highly recommend Pavla.
Pavla was absolutely fantastic! She stayed overnight with our dogs and made us feel completely at ease—especially as it was our first time using Pavla. She provided regular updates and photos, which really helped us relax while we were away. The dogs adored her, and it was clear they were in great hands. She also left the house spotless, which was such a lovely touch to come home to. We've already rebooked her for later this year—highly recommend
Pavla was amazing with our dog Bali and our cat Nala while we were on holiday! It was our first time leaving our dog, but Pavla put us at ease with multiple updates [messages and photos] every day of both pets and you can tell Bali had great fun with Pavla, going to different places on his walks and doing enrichment activities. I would like to know if they are house trained and what commands they are used to. Any allergies, health issues, dietary requirements. Also, if the owner would like their pet to be socialised with other dogs and if they are reactive to other dogs/ animals when out for a walk.
A typical day
Frequency and length of walks to be discussed with each owner so their care package can be tailored to their pet individually. I am at home full time so I am fully flexible and adapt to your own routine.

Availability
I work from home full time with an hour long lunch break and the flexibility to adapt to your pup's usual routine and your preferences in how they should be looked after. I do however work with a local dog trainer helping in their puppy classes so need the availability to attend these on Sat mornings and Tu evenings (they run for an hour).
