Before a stay, we love learning as much as possible about your pup so we can help them feel safe, comfortable, and right at home. Helpful things for us to know include their daily routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, personality, and any quirks or habits that make them unique. We’d also love to know how they are around children, other dogs, and new environments. Whether your dog loves nonstop playtime or prefers a calm, cozy environment, we want to make sure we provide the best care possible and keep their routine as familiar as we can while you’re away.

Every dog is different, so we love getting to know their personality and energy level and tailoring activities to what makes them happiest. For active pups, we enjoy walks around the neighbourhood, playing fetch, exploring nearby green spaces, and lots of outdoor playtime. For calmer or older dogs, we’re just as happy relaxing with cuddles, gentle walks, and quiet companionship. At home, your pup will get lots of attention, affection, and interaction throughout the day, whether that’s playtime with the kids, belly rubs, treats (if approved!), or simply lounging nearby while we go about our day. We want every dog to feel safe, loved, and comfortable while they’re with us.
