Just the cats meow!
Hi there! I'm a retired nurse and love cats - any cat - all cats (just ask my husband)! Every cat has a unique personality. You have to learn their quirks, understand their meows, and know what that tail flick means! Having a cat means that you are just a guest in your own home! We know that breakfast/dinner must be served on time, fresh water must be available at all times to wash feet in, and if an item suddenly appears that wasn't there before - on the floor it goes! Yes, I understand cats! We have had cats for over 20 years and currently have three that run our house. When our cats aren't traveling with us, they are taken care of by a trusted Rover cat sitter that treats them like her family! I would love to return the favor to you and help you out so that you can go on vacation without worrying about your fur baby. As a cat parent like me, you know that it's important to find the right fit and to have the sitter "cat approved!" While you are gone, I would send you plenty of pictures and videos (because that's what cat people do) to keep you updated on your family member!

Patty is fabulous! We did not expect her to see much of our cats, as they’re quite shy. Not only did she see them, she was able to pet and give the scratchies! We received pictures from every visit. She went above and beyond and we highly recommend Patty’s care for your Kitties!
Patty was fantastic, kind, gentle, got my mail in & watered the front porch plants in the awful heat. My cat, Oscar, seemed to love her!! He generally takes some time to warm up to people but seemed to need no time with Patty! I would absolutely recommend her for any future trips & intend to have her help me again!! Felt absolutely at ease with leaving my 3 cats in the care of Patty. She was kind, pleasant, and trustworthy. She obviously loved being with my cats and kept me informed daily. Refreshing to find someone so caring and dependable!
Patty is without a doubt the best rover we have had yet! She took great care of our fur babies, medicated our senior cat with ease, provided detailed messages with several pictures daily, and even got our shy guy out from under the bed to play! If you’re looking for someone to check in on your cats, I couldn’t recommend her more!
