Experienced dog sitter based in Dalston :)
I have always just been animal obsessed, especially dogs. I’m convinced they are my only true passion, as in my party trick is that I can tell you the exact breed of any dog I see on the street! A couple years ago my parents moved to the South of France and took my beloved cocker spaniel, Reuben, and my elderly tortishell cat, Sugar, with them. I now get to see them only a handful of times a year and it is rather heartbreaking, especially as both of them are sadly coming into their final years. My oldest sister recently got herself a cocker spaniel called Ralph who is absolutely gorgeous and the biggest ball of energy ever, just like Reuben was at his age and that has filled a bit of the gap but as they live in Leeds, I similarly only see him every other month. I have loved being a regular dog sitter and walker using this app, gaining experience with so many different breeds and meeting so many great people too! I work full time as a Senior Marketing Executive with an about 4 days at home a week. I live with my partner and my sister who are all similarly pet obsessed and would be happy to have some some paws pattering round the flat!! I am very much into getting my 10k steps and a keen walker so making sure any pups are getting their exercise wouldn’t be an issue for me. I can be flexible usually with days I’m in the office. Weekends I am usually around (with the occasional trip up to leeds to see my sister) but a bit more notice for these days would be ideal! We have no carpets in our flat! We have two balcony’s which are completely contained and safe, doors are always closed when dogs are round and if opened, will always ensure the dog is contained! I am close by to green areas for longer walks - London fields is my fav!

Olivia seems to enjoy having Ralph as much as Ralph enjoys his visits, even having sacrificed a few socks! :)

As I would my own pet and my own house. I know how important safety of animals is and would never want an owner to have any concerns over the safety of their animals in my care
A typical day
Having grown up with working cocker spaniels, I’m used to dog walks high energy and knowing how to wear them out!! I have a pretty impressive throw when it comes to a ball launcher. As previously mentioned, I also love walking and thoroughly enjoy getting out into local parks on either my lunch time strolls or on the weekend. So far since living in London, my fav parks are Victoria which is round the corner from me and Dulwich park which is right by my other older sister.
