I have had dogs my whole life, having been brought up in the countryside with collies. My gorgeous labrador, Storm, is playful and very loving and comes first in every decision I make! I have always looked after my friends’ and family’s dogs and am proud of the trust they have in me for this.

Mojo had a really great time staying with Octavia. He seemed very relaxed and had plenty of fun and exercise in the enclosed field and also at the beach.
Octavia did a great job looking after Bonnie during a heatwave. Lovely early morning/evening beach walks so she got out despite the heat. She was very happy.
Octavia took wonderful care of Biscuit for 10 days! Many lovely updates with pics and videos of a very happy, well looked-after pup. I don’t think she wanted to come home in the end! It truly felt like Biscuit was welcomed into the family with Octavia and co, and I’m sure we’ll be trusting her to care for Biscuit again in the future. Thanks again for everything! x
Octavia has always been absolutely wonderful with my dog Ginny. Ginny can be very nervous with new people, but Octavia’s calm, caring nature put her at ease right away. She also handles Ginny’s super energetic side brilliantly as she is a bouncy Vizsla, always giving her plenty of long walks and playtime. The regular updates and thoughtful attention to detail made it clear that Ginny is being looked after as if she were in a true home-from-home. I always come back to a relaxed and happy dog and most importantly have huge peace of mind that I am leaving her in the safest hands. The extra bonus is Octavias own dog Storm, as her and Ginny love each other! I would trust Octavia with Ginny any time!
Octavia is the most trust worthy, caring and dedicated dog owner and lover. Her lifestyle lives and breaths dogs and her beloved Lab. Your dog will have an adventure of a lifetime, followed by unlimited patience and cuddles.
Chief my spaniel absolutely loves staying with Octavia and Storm. He gets two walks a day around the footpaths and fields, so by the end of the day he is shattered! I have absolute trust in Octavia- highly highly recommended!!!!

Schedule
I work full time but fully remote, so I will always be at home to keep an eye on the doggos and have long walks at least twice a day, with toilet breaks whenever needed!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully fenced garden for regular toilet breaks and perfect for dogs to lounge in good weather. The house is very safe and I have plenty of dog beds dotted around for whichever space your dog best prefers!
Pets
A typical day
There are plenty of country walks around which we make the most of at least twice a day. I also love to stimulate the dogs with regular sniffing activities.
