Hi! My name is Nydia and I love dogs of all shapes, sizes and breeds! I have always thought of dogs as more than pets but as companions to love and care for. I’ll do all I can to make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved in your absence. When leaving your dog in my care, he/she will have all the love and attention they need to have a comfortable stay! Since I have been working from home since COVID I am able to take your pup on frequent walks and potty breaks. I know sometimes dogs feel more comfortable when there is another pet around which my own pup Luna will be happy to provide! She is a chihuahua-rat terrier mixed dog who loves to have visitors so your dog and my dog will be friends fast! I have an extra crate so no need to bring yours and many toys to entertain your wonderful dog so they are never bored! I am experienced with giving dogs medication so no worries if your dog needs some extra attention. I live in a single family 3 story home with steps in the timber grove area with a small fenced in yard. So excited to meet your pets!

Nydia took great care of my 2 pups. They came home happy and healthy. She took extra care of my senior dog and followed all of the feeding instruction well. At the meet and greet she went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. During their stay she sent me updates and replied to all of my inquires quicky.
Nydia and her husband were amazing with Jackson. They fit in a last minute booking.and were professional and easy to coordinate drop off and pick up. I highly recommend using them and I will be booking with them the next time I have a need for dog sitting!
Nydia really took care of our dog Ellie and made sure to check in with us every day with an update, which we really appreciated! I would be happy to have Ellie stay here again and will be a repeat customer. :)

Schedule
I work from home so I am able to take your dog out frequently for 10 mins walks during the working day. I am also able to let them out quickly in our back yard if they have a tendency to potty more frequently. I can give them head rubs, pets, and a little extra attention in between my work. After work I usually drive to the nearest park to do a longer walk so they can really get their exercise or snuggle on the couch together. If your dog is comfortable at the dog park I can take them there as well! I usually try to take the pups out 4-5x daily.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard so your pup can be comfortable off leash outside. I also have extra crates for your specific needs. I usually try to be very attuned to your pups; trying to notice if anything is off or if they need an extra bit of love and attention while you’re away. Dogs are allowed on our furniture so cuddles are at an endless supply. When walking your dog I go on leisurely strolls and am aware of the time of day in case it is too hot for an extended walk. We never feed dogs any human food and always check in before giving treats in case there is an allergy. We like to do meet and greets before the stay to make sure you feel safe leaving your pup in my care. Water is always around and I adhere to feeding rules.
Pets
A typical day
On weekdays, we will take your pup for a quick walk between 7-8am (later on the weekend usually between 8-10am) and then feed them breakfast if instructed. I’ll be at my desk during working hours but have pet beds around for you pup to be right next to me. I’ll take your pup out again for walks around lunch time and at the end of the workday. Around 5/6pm we will feed them dinner and then spend time with them during the evening until bedtime where there is another quick walk before retiring for the night. I have toys around for your dog to play with and also bully sticks (if approved) to keep your dogs attention! We love to drive to the near by parks and give your dog an extra long walk if we can. We are also open to taking your dog to the dog park if you’re comfortable with that.
