Nupur looked after my two dogs and was absolutely fantastic. She was responsible, attentive, and clearly has a natural connection with animals. Both dogs took to her immediately, and I felt at ease knowing they were in such caring hands. She kept me updated, followed all instructions carefully, and went the extra mile to make sure they were happy and comfortable. One of the dogs has a medical condition and can be a bit anxious, and Nupur spent extra time comforting her and making sure she settled in. That kind of care meant a lot.
