Hello~ My name is Nova, I am born and raised here in Walla Walla, WA. I am a freelance illustrator and art major minoring in biology. I graduated from Walla Walla High school in 2015, participating all 4 years in the AVID program. In 2017, I earned my Associate’s in Art at WWCC and was on both the Vice President and President’s list. I have worked repeatedly with many families and pets to provide the utmost care while you’re away. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask! ✨ I am a part-time freelancer that works from home so my schedule is flexible. Any changes to dates/times of my visits should be requested at least 24 hours prior. Also, I have plenty of experience with elderly or high maintenance animals that require medication administration. A care guide is heavily encouraged so that optimal care is provided for your pet(s). Note: Please create a profile for each of your pet(s) receiving care. I do not accept last minute requests. If you have any concerns or special instructions, contact me first. These can be modified throughout the visits/stays to best suit your needs. Cheers!

Novavilla was great! We were so happy to be able to leave our 2 dogs and kitty safe at home while we visited family out of state. Nova is a great communicator and very punctual. She sent us daily updates with photos and always was open to ideas or tips to care for the pets. She spent a lot of time home with the animals which my pups are accustomed to. The house was clean when we returned and the pets were all safe and comfy! We hope to have Nova care for our babies again!
This was our first time having Nova watch our two dogs and she did a wonderful job! She was highly professional and attentive, aiming to understand the dogs' care instructions before we left and followed them carefully while we were away. She made us feel comfortable and confident that the dogs were in good hands. Our dogs (like most pets, I guess) have their quirks and unique personalities, and Nova did great adapting to both our fearful / slow to get comfortable with new people dog and our outgoing, energetic lab dog. She was communicative / responsive, and (as others have mentioned) takes great photos of the pups :) She left our house clean and tidy. We would definitely have Nova back anytime to watch the dogs!
Nova is definitely a beyond star pet & house sitter!! She is kind,compassionate with our dog (who adores her!) She is a pet whisperer!! We can’t thank her enough for peace of mind with taking such loving care of our dog & home! Nova your the best!! We won’t hesitate to have her care for our dog & home again !

We really like Nova for her recent care of Zack, our 13-year old cat. She was punctual, sent great pictures, followed the instructions we left with special attention. She brushed him (which he loves) and played with him (with his peacock feather.). She spent extra time with him and he adores her. We will definitely ask for her again to take care of Zack. Holly H
