I’ve been caring for pets since I was 10 years old, and over the years I’ve looked after a variety of animals — dogs, cats, snakes, fish, and more. I currently have four pets of my own and a lifelong love for animals of all kinds. Puppies, though, hold a special place in my heart. There’s something magical about their energy, curiosity, and those sweet little paws. My children adore puppies too, so every furry visitor gets plenty of love, attention, and playtime. Whether it’s feeding, cuddling, walking, or just keeping them company, I treat every pet like they’re part of my family.

Great as always!
Niko did a great job integrating my mini schnauzer into their household for an extended stay. My dog went in while recovering from some skin issues and came back completely clear, and clearly enjoyed hanging out with her family and dogs. Niko was a great communicator throughout. I would definitely book another stay with her.

Wow! We had the best experience with leaving our dog with them, I could not recommend them enough! Great communication through out the week, & super attentive to all my dog’s needs. Will definitely be booking with them again next time I need to leave town!💙
Thanks again for another great stay. I think this is the third time we have used Niko for dog sitting while going on vacation in a very short amount of time. We had our flight get delayed and changed pickup time and they were really accommodating. Great communication, easy pickup and drop off and our dogs love the family. Thank you!

Schedule
I’m a stay-at-home mom, and my children are homeschooled, so we’re home nearly every day of the week — aside from the occasional outing. That means your pet will get continuous care, attention, and companionship throughout the day. With such an open and flexible schedule, I’m able to easily work around your pet’s needs for feeding, walks, playtime, and snuggles. Whether it’s a quick potty break or an all-day puppy playdate, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have three gentle dogs who love puppies, so your furry friend will have safe, friendly companionship. Pets in our home are closely supervised for most of the day, and if crate time or frequent breaks are needed, I’m right there to make it happen. I’m happy to accommodate any special needs your pet may have to the best of my ability. All of my children are gentle and respectful with animals, so you can rest assured your pet will be treated with care and kindness at all times.

A typical day
As a stay-at-home mom, I’m home throughout the day, so your pet will get consistent attention, supervision, and companionship. We have a large, secure backyard where dogs can safely play, explore, and burn off energy. My kids love helping with gentle playtime, tossing toys, and going on walks (always supervised), so your pup will have lots of positive interaction. For lower-energy dogs, we’re happy to do relaxed outdoor time, light play, and cozy indoor companionship. If you have a cat listed as well, we offer calm interaction, gentle play, enrichment with toys, and plenty of quiet spaces for rest. I try to match each pet’s energy level and personality — whether that means active play, structured walks, or simply being a steady, comforting presence while you’re away.

- Please let me know about any special needs, medical conditions, behavioral concerns, routines, or accommodations your pet may require. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable in our home. I do not have a specific breed preference; however, for everyone’s safety and comfort, I prefer to board puppies and dogs up to around two years old. My resident dogs are older and have not had much experience living with new adult dogs. This is not a lack of trust in your dog — it’s simply about knowing my own dogs and wanting to ensure a smooth and safe environment for everyone. If needed, we are able to provide separation boarding, where dogs are kept safely apart within the home. In most cases, puppies integrate very well and we do not have issues, but I always prioritize safety for both your pet and mine. Clear communication ahead of time helps ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.
