Hi there! My name is Nikita, and I am an extremely passionate dog lover who would love to help you out by giving you some personal R&R time (or just time in general) and taking care of your dog. I grew up on a farm and have been surrounded by animals my entire life. Most recently, I selflessly (and sadly) re-homed my dog to a home that better accommodated his needs (he needed full-time attention and large yard for activity). Although it was a tough decision, I still get to see my buddy and he is happier than ever! Since then, I have been dog sitting for friends, family members, and coworkers - and am looking to extend this passion of mine to the greater community of Toronto! Nikita is a dedicated dog lover and gives her all when she looks after your dog. I have worked with Nikita for 2 years now, and have trusted her with my dog many times. My dog can be incredibly anxious when introduced to new people, however, Nikita made a quick impression on Pepe! Needless to say, I never lose a wink of sleep when Nikita is on babysitting duty. Highly recommend!!
Out of all the people I know, I don’t think anyone genuinely loves dogs more than Nikita. She has been like a second mom to my puppy Scrabble, taking care of him whenever I’ve needed her to. Recently, Scrabble had a scary stomach bug that caused him to poop blood on Nikita’s watch. A lot of other dog sitters would have probably freaked out or been grossed out, but Nikita calmly told me about it and reassured me that she had zero issue taking care of him for the rest of the night/following afternoon as planned. She even offered to take him to the vet if he got worse. I was so, so, so grateful and happy to see that scrabble was doing MUCH better when I picked him up the next day. Nikita is gentle, loving, sweet, smart, fun, and careful and I give her a thousand thumbs (and paws) up!!! Oh and PS: I took scrabble to the vet the next day and it turned out to be something he ate. The vet did a stool analysis and said he’s going to be totally fine!
