We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Nicole caring for our two dogs and cat this past week! She truly treated them as if they were her own and totally put us at ease while we were away. We received lots of videos and photos of playtime, walks, park visits, and snuggles- we were so impressed at how quickly they each warmed up to Nicole and how happy and comfortable they were throughout her stay. Nicole maintained their daily routines to a T, took extra care with our senior dog's mobility issues, and was on top of each of their meds and special needs. Nicole was the perfect person to be with them while we were away and we're looking forward to working with her again!

Dog: How does your dog get along with other dogs? Does your dog have reactivity? Leash reactivity? Is your pet on medication? Have special needs? What behaviors I should look out for? Cat: Does your cat experience separation anxiety? Can your cat eat treats? What is your cats favorite toy? Does your cat like being picked up? What's your cats favorite hiding spot(s)?
A typical day
Dogs: At pick up we practice sit commands for treats. Along the walk, I am fully present with your dog. We practice recall with their name so if in a worse case scenario the dogs gets unleashed he/she will come to me when called. I am actively engaged with your dog. I always pick up after your dog - keeping the neighborhood clean and dog friendly is important! I'm not a dog walker who walks aimlessly without paying attention on their phone. The only time I'm on my phone during walks is to log the walk and snap photos/communicate with parents. I include after visit summaries of how our time went together. Cats: We start off with a short play session. Shortly after I give wet food, wash dry food/water bowls, refill food/water bowls, scoop litter, and end with a second play sesh. I send photos of your cat engaged playing or cuddling. I also send an after-visit summary so you know exactly what we did and how your babe is doing.
