As an animal lover, I’m passionate about helping families provide their fur babies with everything they need! I have extensive experience in animal care. During high school and college, I provided dog-sitting services for family and friends. I also worked at a boarding facility, caring for a variety of dogs and cats. Additionally, I spent over eight years working at an animal shelter, where I gained hands-on experience with animal behavior, medical needs, and general care. I’ve attended multiple training sessions to enhance my knowledge, particularly in addressing behavioral challenges and specialized care. I’ve worked with animals of all temperaments, including dogs with stranger or dog-related reactivity, as well as those curious hounds who love to stop and sniff everything! I’m confident handling strong breeds, as well as senior pets that may need extra assistance. I’m also comfortable administering medications and working with dogs and cats with behavioral or medical issues.

This was the second time our little Bentley stayed with Nicole, and we were again very impressed with Nicole's services! She was very professional, kept contact, and made sure to send photos of him to us throughout his stay.
Nicole was amazing! Took great care of our dog and house while we were on vacation. Sent lots of updates during the week. My dog can be difficult but she handled her like a pro! Am so happy we found her!
Nicole was absolutely wonderful throughout the process of making arrangements for our little guy to stay with her for the day, learning his likes and dislikes, being professional in her line of communication with us, and remaining flexible to deal with the unexpected that was our hectic schedule that day. Nicole was very friendly and warm as she welcomed Bentley into her home and she always responded in a timely fashion to my occasional text messages throughout the day. I would definitely recommend her and would certainly consider her again for sitting opportunities.

For more curious or scent-driven pups, I love creating sniffing games or mini treasure hunts to keep their minds engaged. For cats, I bring out interactive toys like feather wands, laser pointers, or puzzle feeders to encourage playtime and mental stimulation. If they’re more laid-back, I make sure to provide cozy cuddle sessions or let them lounge near a sunny window while I keep them company.
