Nicole was great at communicating right from the beginning. She suggested two additional visits so the pets were used to her before our trip. Our shy dog took to her straight away more than any other sitter we’ve used. They enjoyed many snuggles while we were gone. We got daily updates with video and photos. She was willing to help with other duties, like garbage and mail pick up if needed. She went above and beyond with cleaning the house before our return. Nicole clearly loves animals and there comfort and welfare is a priority.
We had Nicole watch Radar & Ruby for 9 days and she was great! We were concerned about our dogs being left alone since we never leave them alone and Nicole and I agree they would be alone not more than 3.5 hours at a time. She did exactly as we agreed and when she was here gave them so much attention and love. She shared videos and pictures of them which helped ease my anxiety about leaving them. Nicole was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and most of loving to our dogs. I would highly recommend Nicole for your pet sitting needs!

Nicole was amazing to our two dogs. She stayed at our house and left it exactly how we left it, which is the best to come home to. She sent videos and picture of the dogs, kept us updated and asked when she had questions. Amazing communication. We look forward to having her come in the future!
