PhD student & animal cuddler!
I'm currently a PhD student pet sitting on the side! I've been pet sitting through Rover for about a year now and have had animals my entire life, including cats and dogs. I currently have a 4 year old short Jack Russell who is my entire world! Through him, I've learned how to care for animals with dietary and exercise restrictions, as he’s prone to IVDD episodes so I’ve had to learn how to provide frequent and attentive care for him. I really love caring for cats as well and am always looking after my family and friend's! I offer two services for your pet care needs: drop-in visits and dog walking. Drop-ins: Best suited for cats and lower energy dogs. During drop-ins I can scoop litter boxes, give your pets their required food & medications, take dogs out for a quick potty break, and give them plenty of play and cuddles! Dog Walking: Best suited for higher energy dogs where a walk will take up more than half of the visit!

I know that allowing someone into your home can take an immense amount of trust. I make it a habit to care for someone's home and pets like they are my own and will be sure to follow any directions or preferences you provide. I will also only walk dogs with leashes, preferably not retractable ones. If you would like me to use an e-collar with your dog, I recommend finding someone else as I usually will opt not to use one if given. I require a meet-and-greet before booking ALWAYS. This benefits both me and you so we can determine if it is a good fit! Note that a meet and greet does not guarantee a booking is confirmed. I will decide this after our meet and greet, so please plan accordingly.

Nicole was absolutely amazing with our cat! She treated him with such care and kindness. She is reliable and leaves very informed report cards, which put me at ease while we were away for a long trip. She was so sweet to our boy and spent lots of time with him- he is scared of most people and really warmed up to her! She’s the best!
Nicole was so amazing with our animals. Both our dog and cat instantly warmed up to her and I didn't feel worried about them being taken care of at all.
Nicole did a wonderful job during her visits with Teddy. She is very thorough and provides valuable feedback in post-visit summaries. She is friendly and dependable. We will happily use her services again.
Couldn’t ask for a better drop-in visit. This was my first time using Rover, and I had a great experience! She was friendly, professional, and took great care of Marley. He loved having the company while I was at work all day. I would definitely book again!
Nicole took great care of my dogs! She even went above and beyond with one dog who needs their bum wiped or he'll leave messes around the house. I greatly appreciated that! One of my dogs can be temperamental, but Nicole was so good with her and she made sure to let me know daily that things were going well with that particular dog. I appreciated that she accepted their personalities and leaned into them.
Nicole was great!! We got cute pics of out kitty every day, and she followed all instructions. We noticed through the pictures, our cat was even getting close up to her. This is rare for him, as he was adopted from the shelter and is very weary with new people. Thanks so much Nicole!!
