I work from home on the farm. Also, I home school the children. Because of this, we are always on the farm, outside of our weekly Sunday morning church schedule.

Pets are housed with us at our home and have spaces for them all to get comfortable. We have plenty of crates for individual sleeping spaces (if your dog is used to using a crate) plus we utilize baby gates to separate areas of the house so animals can be separated in their own spaces in case they prefer time alone. As of 2024, we also offer a separate housing facility on the farm that is attached to an enclosed yard space for pets to have room to play outside. Every pet that arrives on the farm is supplied with an Apple Air Tag so that we know of their whereabouts at all times.

Please let me know if your dog is good with other dogs. Are they food aggressive? Do they have special dietary needs, or need medication? Do they know how to walk on a leash? Good with kids? Are they runners? Preference for male or female caretaker?
Une journée type
Mornings start early getting puppies out to potty first thing everyday. We then get all the critters, man and beast, fed on the farm. As we go through the day of farm chores, home schooling, and we train, play and walk the dogs in our care. Walks happen along our 1/4 mile graveled driveway, or the more scenic route through the trail we’ve made in our woods with stops along the way to see the multi generational families on the farm, or a quick splash in the creek. The day ends with an hour of playtime to get everyone’s energy out, we thank God for the day, and we look forward to rinse and repeat the next day.

Expérience en matière de services dédiés aux animaux de compagnie
I work from home, so it is easy to care for animals in the home and keeping our schedule flexible. I have 5 children (ages 7-14) who love and cuddle every animal we house. I primarily run the dog boarding business to provide for our family of 6. I have been exposed to a lot of different types of dogs and have done some puppy training, teaching basics such as sit, loose leash walking, come, stay, down, off, stay, bell ringing to go out, and crate training. We live on 12 “mostly” unfenced acres, so pet relief times are doubled as leash training opportunities. Our property includes rabbits, cats, and our own dog “Domino” (a Jack Russel terrier mix). We have a beautiful trail through the woods to walk pets for times of exploration and relaxation. I’ve taken care of a variety of animals since I was a young, both small and large. I’m willing to learn about each animal I house, with their needs, schedules, temperaments, etc. to be sure each animal can be as comfortable as possible. We’d love to have your pet stay with us!

Nick is much appreciated. Unfortunately, our older dog took sick a day before our return. Nick recognized it and got our dog over to our vet. Thank you Nick for taking care of her.

Nick did an excellent job watching our puppy. He was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about making sure our puppy was comfortable and well taken care of. Our puppy came home happy, healthy, and well cared for. We are absolutely trusting Nick again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable dog sitter. Thanks again, Nick!

As always my girls were very well taken care of

Nick was so incredibly kind and did so well with our dog! It was our first time boarding and he was kind enough to do a little meet up before to help answer questions and help Arlo feel comfortable!
